Tour Pacific is a 53,000 sqm. multi-tenant office asset in La Défense, the main business district in Paris. Spanning over two wings, the tower has two lobbies, an auditorium, a restaurant and a Japanese roof-top garden, a legacy of its original conception as the Japan Tower in 1992. The building needs substantial mechanical and interior refurbishments to upgrade it to contemporary standards.

Assistance during the project included:

​

  • Set-up of construction site and coordination with property manager, interior architects, engineers and external project manager.

  • Research and selection of suppliers and main architect for refurbishment of the project. Analysis of offers and recommendations.
