Royal Hamilius is a 36,000 sqm. mixed-use (retail, office, parking) located in the center of Luxembourg. It is home to the country's first Galeries Lafayette and FNAC stores. The company acts as client representative of the international investor which forms a joint-venture with a local developer.

Participation in the development involved:

  • General: Analyzed monthly expenses for budget drawdown approval, participed in construction meetings and produced minutes and presentations for the client's investment committee. 

  • Office: Coordination between tenant, interior designer, construction company, engineers and developer for the final interior lay-out of the office. Satisfactory solution for the client and tenant achieved on time and budget. 

  • Retail: Analysis of the market in the center of Luxembourg to set a list of potential tenants for the high-street retail units and department store unit.
