Composed of 225 units, Bonita Village features 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments as well as 4 and 5-bedroom villas. About two thirds of the land is reserved for leisure, with 30,000 sqm. of landscaped areas, a palm garden, several swimming pools and other recreational facilities for residents such a club house, restaurant, snack bar, convenience store, kindergarten, playroom, cinema, gym, bowling alley and sports courts.
During Design Development and Construction stage as a Project Manager:

Responsible for the main concept: interior layouts, leisure areas, landscape.

Coordination with the client and structural and MEP engineers achieving a satisfactory architectural solution in time and budget.
