The Luxury Collection Marriott Assila Hotel is a two-tower mixed use development located in the heart of Tahlia Street, Jeddah's main shopping street. The 23-storey hotel tower has 197 keys, while the 17-storey apartment tower contains 82 serviced apartments.
The entire street level is reserved for premium retail boutiques, including international brands like Bang & Olufsen, Claudie Pierlot, Maje, Sandro and Ted Baker. The hotel boasts two specialty restaurants, two lounges, a banquet hall, a business center, health club, and a roof-top infinity swimming pool.
Intervention during Design Development and Construction stage:

Design review with the principal and directors. Proposed changes to lay-outs, including back-of-house, leisure areas and rooms.

Coordination of architectural plans with client, interior designer, MEP and structural engineers and 3D render consultants.
